For 2026, there will be no increase in dues. Monthly dues will remain $195.00 per month.

APSV is a pet friendly community, so let’s keep it clean for all to enjoy!
- You MUST clean up after your pet and properly dispose of waste bags
- Dogs MUST be on a leash (no more than 6 feet) at all times
Failure to abide by these rules will result in a$25.00 fine for each violation.
