Option One

·        Use the down arrow on the key pad to scroll for the last name of the resident

·        Press the “Call” Button

·        The gate will call the phone number we have on file from the Resident Information Sheets

·        The Resident can push *2 on their phone to open the gate for their guest

 

 

Option Two

·        Residents can provide their gate code to their visitor.

·        The gate code is  The Star Key and the last 4 digits (*xxxx)  of the phone number that we have on file

o   Please be selective as to who you give your information to.

 

Items to Note:

 

·        The exit gate will open automatically when a car approaches

·        DO NOT TAILGATE!!!  The gate will close after EVERY CAR!!

·        Contact the leasing office if  you wish to change the phone number that is in the keypad  (724-742-9200)

·        Contact the leasing office if your FOB does not work properly  (724-742-9200)

·        If you need assistance after 5:30 pm-  Security is on duty Monday-Friday  5pm-9am  and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday  (724-624-0975)
