Dues Increase

Effective February 1, 2023, there will be a monthly dues increase in the amount of $15.00. Please be sure to update your billing preferences to avoid any shortage in payments. As a reminder, this increase is the result of contracting a new landscaping company, as well as entrance gate maintenance and repairs.

APSV is a pet friendly community, so let’s keep it clean for all to enjoy!
- You MUST clean up after your pet and properly dispose of waste bags
- Dogs MUST be on a leash (no more than 6 feet) at all times
Failure to abide by these rules will result in a$25.00 fine for each violation.
